Wonder-Space curriculum was not created as part of a formal Rice University program and has not been endorsed or sponsored by Rice University.

  
 

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
Register and pay in FULL by April 30, 2012 and receive $35 off the total tuition. Any tuition not paid in full by April 30, 2011, will not receive the $35 Early discount. (Limit: one per household.). All applicable cancellation/refund policies apply. Please check the Tuition/Hours site for current additions, changes, and deletions.

All other early registration discounts  must be paid in FULL to receive the discount.  Other discounts (online, sibling, multiweek, refer-a-friend, etc.) do not apply with early registration discounts.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
Additional family members will receive a discount of $35 off the normal tuition rates. Discount can only be used one time per sibling.  Sibling discounts will be adjusted after registration is complete. Online registrations may not initally reflect the discount. MULTI-WEEK DISCOUNT
Campers will receive a discount of $35 for each additional week of camp. Example: Johnnie Jones signs up for three weeks of camp. He will receive a total discount of $70 ($35 for the 2nd week and $35 for the 3rd week).

  
 


In the event of a cancellation of the course week (unforeseen circumstances, small camper enrollment) the camper will be notified and offered to choose from another offered week. If any unforeseen events occur with Wonder-Space L.L.C.

REFUNDS
Refunds will not be provided for any reason out of the control of Wonder-Space. These reasons may include but are not limited to: natural disasters, power failures, camper absences, camper early-withdrawal, and camper dismissal due to behavioral concerns. Tuition will not be prorated based on camper attendance or absence. Please discuss specific situations with Wonder-Space before registering to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be delivered in writing via e-mail to info@wonder-space.com or via snail mail to 2900 Weslayan #545, Houston, TX, 77027 prior to May 31, 2012 to receive full tuition minus the non-refundable $250/week deposit.

Cancellations received after May 31, 2012 but 2 weeks before the first registered camp will receive credit (full tuition minus the non-refundable $250/week deposit) towards camp for the 2011 season.

Cancellations received within 2 weeks of the registered camp will receive no refunds.

There is a $250/week NON REFUNDABLE deposit for every registered course.

  
 
Schedule changes must be submitted to Wonder-Space two weeks in advance of the original registered week. There is no penalty for the change, but, space may not be available. Please notify Wonder-Space of any schedule changes ASAP to ensure that there is space in the desired camp course.  
 
Camp tuition includes all instruction, course curriculum materials, camp t-shirt, and any applicable taxes.

Instruction begins promptly at 8:30AM and ends at 5:00PM on M-Th and 3:30PM on Friday afternoons.

There is a $250/week non refundable deposit required for each registration. Camp tuition must be paid in full by March 31, 2012 to receive the early $35 discount.

Math Camp must be paid in FULL .

All tuition is due by May 31, 2010 unless registration is received after that date.

After May 31, 2012, all registrations must be paid-in-full.

A late fee of $50 will be incurred for all tuition balances not paid-in-full by May 31, 2012. An additional fee of $100 will be incurred for all tuition balances not paid-in-full by the first day of the registered camp.

  
 

Any course content created at Wonder-Space and any photos and films taken at Wonder-Space may be used in our marketing materials (web site, print-advertisements, tv/radio etc.). Wonder-Space will never use any photos or camper content in any way not related to the marketing of computer camps or other educational services. Please refer to the media disclosure if you would not like your child to be used in such marketing materials.

  
 
Wonder-Space is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Rice University, and is neither owned nor operated by Rice University. The owners are Rice University alumni and many of our counselors are Rice University students but we are not directly owned or operated by Rice University. Course content may vary from week to week.
